Zentralregister f�r Vorsorgevollmacht

Menschen, die f�r den Fall vorsorgen wollen, dass sie durch Unfall oder Erkrankung entscheidungsunf�hig werden, k�nnen bei der Bundesnotarkammer in Berlin eine Vollmacht hinterlegen.

Ab 1.August kann dort jeder - bald auch online - in einem zentralen Vorsorgeregister festlegen, wer entscheiden soll f�r den Fall, dass man k�rperlich oder geistig nicht mehr dazu in der Lage ist. Krankenh�user sollen auf das Register zugreifen k�nnen.

Bisher werden in unklaren F�llen Vormundschaftsgerichte eingeschaltet.
