Hello everybody . . . my name is Derwin Sisnett. I was born and raised in Queens, New York. I received my BA in Psychology from Emory University, and an MFA in Creative Writing from Hollins University. I love to teach, but I also appreciate the work that is done in administration, so I am teetering between being a full professor or continuing my work in administration after I earn my doctorate in EdPsych. I'm open to suggestions!

I am originally from Tallahassee, FL. I earned an B.S. in Health Science at the University of Florida and I now teach Physical Science at Mitchell High. I'm in the TEP program, and would like to continue teaching but also have tentative plans to go back to school for a masters in nursing.
