The general rule of thumb when you start training someone is to find a mix of cardio and circuit that will get their heart rate up to the point that they're working hard but still able to keep up a conversation. After we knew DO a few months we made the mistake of trying that out. I personally worked her way past the point of muscle fatigue and she still cracked jokes between swearing and bitching at me. Eventually you'll get back into the rythym of it Brian. You just have to learn the secret to distracting her. It's well guarded but the chosen few know how.

DO and Chad, congrats on your agent deal. Did Glenn mention that I was stalking him while you were in the hospital? I'm so glad Kyle's the one in shit this week. I knew if I stepped back he'd hang himself.

Love you DO!

BTW those videos you posted are fucking hilarious Chad. I love the asshole with the knives. I've never seen anyone call more attention to an accident yet do nothing to help. I was busting up!
