I thought there was to be five (5) open positions. We have Marie Taylor and Donna Rubes who have both completed their terms. And we have Bill Bradley, Ken Stroud and Bonnie Lasiw who stepped in as replacements for board members Gordon Cox, Phyllis Harper and Richard Sehnert who left during their terms. We elected Richard Sehnert, Terri Connolly and Ralph Bleeker last year while Donna Rubes, Marie Taylor, Phyllis Harper and Gordon Cox remained on the board to complete their terms. Since bill Bradley, Ken Stroud and Bonnie Lasiw were not voted into office by the membership, shouldn't they need to run for the board? And since Donna Rubes and Marie Taylor have completed their term, shouldn't they have to run again, if they wish to.
I have no problem with the replacements, they have done a wonderful job and the board is great, but I just wanted to find out where I went wrong in my calculations.
