Subject: captain crisis

Hi everyone, I have a really big cheerleading problem and I'm really hoping that there are some people who can help me out!!

So heres whats happening. I am the captain of my schools JV squad. But let me tell you, it was been one of the worst expirences of my life. Maybe I sound over dramatic but you have no idea.

There are three girls on my quad who think that they are the best cheerleaders on the earth (and they are very good) but the wont listen to anyone. Its like Im not even the captain. If I say we go out at 3rd quarter and do a cheer twice, everyone but those three will agree, and we will get it settled, but as soon as we get out and into our places the 'leader' will shout "do it three times" and it will confuse everyone and we mess up.

I've tried so hard to be a good captain, I have talked to my coach about it, but every time I do she says, "yeah we will work it out, Im gonna talk to them" and NOTHING ever happens.

We never get anything done at practices because they are always running around the school instead of practicing and I cant do anything about it!

Is this a hopeless situation? What should I do? Please help me out, I cant keep this up!
