I have been preparing for a really long time, but i still feel like I'm not doing something. I look at myself do jumps in the mirror and I practice on my trampoline, and i do this as much as possible, but the thing is, it doesn't hurt! So that is how I know that i'm not working myself enough and i need help soooooooo bad! i have looked on several websites and have found great advice, and I study them regularly, but even I know that researching day and night is NOT going to help me make the squad. Please help! The tryouts are in April so i need to start getting some serious help NOW!
