Jakob, congratulations on the award and the performance, on the piano, yesterday. It certainly beats my rendition of Chopsticks!!! And, by the way, that was not your Aunt Dorothy's cell phone going off during your competitors performance.

Congratulations to Pete Mitchell for giving birth to a fifty pound hernia. We stopped by the Vic Inn this afternoon to give him our "get well soon" wishes. What a trooper he is. When I got there he was helping Erin with her income tax. I don't know how wise it is to have somebody do income tax while they are still heavily sedated? I'm sure I heard him say in a slurred voice "you don't need these and get rid of those" to some official looking paperwork. Erin don't be surprised if Revenue Canada showing up at your door, provided your dad got the address right!!
