I talked to Jonathan Dignan and apparently there hasn't been a very large turn out for family golf, and a majority of those that did sign up don't really like to golf anyway so the plans are being re-examined. Given the purpose of the family tournament was to get together, perhaps we should just do dinner. Also on the table is a BBQ. Given we usually have a BBQ when the Nordener and the Bostonian are in town for the summer, my suggestion is we look at something on the 28th, which is a Saturday and meets Peter Ivan's request, although I hear there might be TFC tickets up for sale. Jonathan will noodle it with the matriarch of the family and get back to us. Also on that Saturday, my suggestion was for those that do want to golf, we book a tee off time around the Richmond Hill area and have an early morning round followed by the BBQ. Stay tunes.
