During our post-holiday analysis it was universally declared that you are looking in fine fettle and fit for a fabulous fifty ninth birthday! Book a trip to the Firth of Forth (North Berwick)for good measure! Hope you are fully recovered from the rally drive back to the Swamp and right now you should be enjoying one of Alex's eye-opening French-press coffees in bed with a copy of The Times open to the crossword puzzle.
