Retired sergeant major Robert O. Dean, army, read a book made by NATO
in 1961-63 called "The Assessment" of the alien threat. Here are a few quotes
that Robert O. Dean said on the "Coast to Coast AM" radio talk show 1/07/98
with host Art Bell. "When I left SHAPE in 1967 we knew of 4 different
groups. When I retired in 76 we were basically aware of a dozen different
groups. I've talked to people who were still on the inside who tell me that
there may well be over a hundred different groups out there coming and
going."
"Art, we're dealing with the greatest story in human history. And it's
not simply the UFO matter, it isn't simply that we are being visited. One of
the reasons they've kept the lid on this thing for so dammed long is that the
story is so dammed big and its going to shake the world up when it finally
comes out. Because it's going to reflect on who we are, who the human race
is, how we got to be here and why we're here."
"But I try to point out to them(creationists), that the whole history
of the human race, plus the major history of every major theology on this
planet including christianity, tells essentially the same story. And Art
that story is we're not alone, and we've never been alone."
"You know I was born and raised a christian, and I studied theology
and history over my years."

the people not only have a right to know, they have a need to know. And If
we can get them half way educated and get them half way prepared, this shock

Robert O. Dean said, "In 1963 I was assigned to one of those plum
assignments over in SHAPE headquarters in Paris, France."
"And I was further assigned to a place we called SHOC, the Supreme
Headquarters Operations Center. And it was the NATO war room for the entire
NATO theater of operations from the northern tip of Norway to the southern
tip of Turkey. And to work in that war-room you had to have a Cosmic level
access. Now Comic was and still is the highest level of security access that
NATO has. And my Top Secret was up-graded in 63 to Cosmic and I was assigned
in the war-room. And I worked there for a better part of 3 years."
"Its no joke to tell you that World War Three was only moments away.
And this UFO matter almost triggered that war at least a half a dozen
times."
"They closed down a complete Minute Man facility up at, near Mynot,
North Dakota. And I've gotten a full report because I've talked to some of
the guys who were there. And what these "people" did they hovered over the
facility they, they lifted the 20 ton door off of the silo. Put it aside
like you and I would move a box of crackers. And then when the guys finally
got into the missile, they found out that not only had the war-head been
melted,(see PAGE 109) but they had scrambled the guidance system to such a
point that if the missile had ever been fired, God knows where it would have
gone. Now these guys have done this repeatedly, I say these guys, whoever
the hell they are. They did it to the Soviets, and they've done it to us.
And frankly Art, I tell you that in my view, that's probably why the Soviet
Union exists no more. Things have happened that they made a believer out of
Gorbachev, they also made a believer out of Ronald Reagan. This incident in
Mynot, North Dakota, happened in 1982 when Reagan was in office."
Art Bell said, "One thing Greer said the other night(1/05/1998) was we
have targeted, and we have shot at UFOs. Response; That's correct. So there
may be more danger than just our constitutional form of government. Why are
we shooting at them Bob? Do you know who Bobby Ray Enman was, don't you? Oh
yes, admiral. As he retired he told a congressional committee, he says, you
have a bunch of cowboys running out of control over there. And he was
referring to Langlee, and Fort Mead. And the agencies he's referring to was
the Central Intelligence Agency and the National Security Agency. And Enman
himself said, You've got a bunch of cowboys running out of control, their
spending 50 billion a year of black budget money, where there's no oversight
and no accountability. And we've got some star wars weapons that really work
out there, and some of these idiots have been popping off at some of these
visitors and it's a dammed frightening situation."(DAN 8:10/7:23/pg. 126)
