I'm not into the planet-x theories.
But the above link does also correlate with data from Com. Sgt. Bob O'Dean and Specialist Sgt Clifford E. Stone talking about species of extraterrestrials that look very much like us.

However, just to add to the above link's theory...
The Sumerians might have been soldiers, or explorers, or helpers for an even more advanced species of beings.
