if you didnt relise cairns basketball is alot bigger and has alot more money. they have a host of paid admin and coaching staff who can set up and run programs while people at mulgrave actually have jobs outside basketball so they cant dedicate every hour of the day to basketball. As far as keeping up, if clubs were ranked on a ratio of results per person in club we would be ranked pretty high. therefore the coaches at mulgrave are doing a great job and so are all the people involved. keep up the good work guys ;-)
