Spiritual Healing is of a great benefit to those with physical and emotional problems, it can ease the pain of the body or mind and I would recommend it to anyone having tried it so many times myself.

I would not know what you call a negative spiritual experience, as most things in life are spiritual experiences, either good, bad or in-between to experience, we do have to try to learn from all experiences we have here on this earthly plane, whether they are good or bad. Hardship comes to us all at some point, some more than others so it seems, but these are lessons of life and they are something we should except as unavoidable. So if we cannot avoid hardship we must except it and try to embrace it and come to terms with it and learn to try to deal with it, if we do this successfully we become much stronger and more adept at dealing with what life throws at us. I know this seem impossible to do when your are suffering but it is the best way forward, learning to deal with it.
