hi Chelsea,
we are all psychic to an extent, some more than others, from what you say you do have the gift more than some others, so its up to you whether you develop your gift or ignore it. I had a friend that new when to phone was going to ring and who it was for amoung other things he could do.
15 is a very potent or powerful age for psychics, if you dont develop it you may loose it in time.
