Subject: Powers?

Eh ok it may sound stupid er something but ever since i was in the 4th grade ive been able to make lights go off and blow when i walked under them or if i was kinda out of it or bored, like the light blowing out would wake me up or something. Erm when i close my eyes i also see ppl ive never met before get hurt...i dunno why though! And i can also see things either about 2 years or 2 days before they happen...am i freak or is it a gift??
