My dear friend,
I just want to ease your troubled mind. Firstly, the majority of this world will not experience the things you experience. But that is not a bad thing. You are different, you are sensitive to things that most people do not know about and that means you are a special soul. You have to accept yourself for how you are, and make the most of yourself. The people who do not have the ability to see and feel the things you do have to develop themselves in other ways, but you have been given a gateway for a purpose, and you have to not be scared, and learn more about what you see and about what your real capabilities are. Dont be afraid to see the things you see. Even if you see things which seem dark or negative, they do not need to touch you if you realise that you can protect yourself and ward off anything unpleasant with your own wall of energy, or your aura. If ever you feel scared, just imagine that you are surrounded by your own warmth and light and goodness, and absolutely nothing will get through and touch you. The same goes for normal everyday situations with people - hey, people can be worlds scarier than spirits.
No one can help what they feel, see and know with their intuition - its the voice of your deepest self and if you decide to learn more about it you'll embark on a wonderful and empowering process. I kinda relate to you, you see. I've always been able to remember back to before my birth and see all the secrets of my future life folded out before me - as a child, it seemed the most normal thing in the world, but as I grew up life tried to cover it over and make me forget it.
You are in control of your life and you can choose what to do with your life: you're not forced to do anything you don't want to. So if you choose not to investigate your visions its up to you, and nothing "awful" will happen. But they are yours for the taking, and rather than being scarey you can face them head on and see it as a great adventure of learning. Perhaps huge things would happen for you if you decided that you're not the victim of what happens to you - rather, you're gifted, and with time you can build a relationship with the world of spirits which benefits your life and that of other people around you too.
