Hey Sandra,
It sounds to me like you have a very strong connection with many, mabe even all animals. you should take great pleasure in this gift, as most people are not blessed with anything similar. See if you can follow an anilmal if one tries to lead you into the forest again. I believe that you may find something very important there.
