Okay are you like a kid or a teenager like around 13 to 15 cause I am. But here's what I think. YOU ARE NOT INSANE. Although what you are experiencing is not normal you are not insane. I know this because if you were insane then you would believe that you really are these strange things. Because you feel that you are not in control you are not insane. You are aware of what is real and what is not that means that you are not insane. It sounds more like you are "in tune" being in tune has made it easier for lost spirits to possess you. It sounds like you are being possessed. you should read about it.
