Subject: seeing mean spirits

My nephew just confessed that he has been seeing a face and that this spirit tells him to do bad things and he's scared of him. My sister took him to a mental hospital to see if they could help, but this has been going on for 8 years already. He says he can see people and that they play with him and talk to him. This is the first time that he is actually scared and paranoid. Does anyone know what we can try to do to help him.
