Subject: Something Strange

Something strange has been happening to me for the past week and I need someone to explain or help me to undertstand what is going on with me. When I was sixteen I had my first serious relationship with a man who was 36. I haven't seen him in 19 years and all of a sudden, I have been having constant thoughts of him and flashbacks of different things that have happened between us. Lately, things that I had forgotten about are coming to the forefront of my mind. I have even been hearing alot of the songs that were out during the time we were together. Please elaborate and tell me what's going on. Thank you.
