Subject: Is this a Lucid Dream?

I sometimes have these dreams that i know im dreaming. Its only started happening since ive been interested in lucid dreams and astral projection. But the thing is, i dont actually know if its a proper lucid dream, i think it may be that i am just dreaming about having a lucid dream! (if that makes any sense at all!) Its like, i make things happen that i know id want to happen if it was a lucid dream, but i dont know if i really know im dreaming or not. Can any one help? I mean it cant get much more obvious than that, if i cant even realise im having a lucid dream when in the dream i think im having one, what hope do i have of ever having one?! I realise this sounds quite confusing, but if anyone could offer some help on what this is, or on how i could have a proper one, it would be greatly appreciated.
