I don't have any experience with this myself, but I have a friend who claims he can see demons. You may actually be seeing demons. I have another friend who constantly sees ghosts. He found one following me. We even talked to it- he was following me because he thought he was my husband and I was cheating on him. It wasn't the case, and I had to tell him that but now that ghost pretty much leaves me alone.
I would actually consider this to be some form of a spiritual gift.
