Not to sure but the rose bud might mean love that is yet to blossom and the heart means love, orange is also a colour for lovers and the keys are to open something. the door maybe symbolic, this person may have to dig about a bit to find the keys that open the door to love, in other words he/she is going to have to seek it rather than it landing on their lap, if they already have a partner then it could relate to them, well thats my interpritation hope some of it help or makes sence.
