Subject: I NEED HELP- WHO ELSE IS PHYSIC?

I am having trouble with my phscic abilities. They are too random. I discovered them when I was 7, but of course no-one beleived me then and they think I am lying now. They have gotten stronger over the years. No-one who is still alive in my family seems to have these powers. I need some help controling them. They interfere with my life when I have sparatic visions. I can also read minds randomly and sometimes even transmit thoughts(that gets really anoying). Can anyone help? Does anyone even have these types of powers??
