keep doing your meditations. when you wake up, and goto bed. Mabey goto the doctors and get some anti-anxiety pills. i know what it feels like. umm. yes. ask for protection from your spirit guide. and yes. i also believe they need help they are not evil. but that is the only way they could get your attention. just tell them. "goto the light. you are no longer needed on this earth plane. i am now setting you free. goto the light" sometimes all they need is permission. to know that everything will be alright. just dont be scared. stay positive
