Subject: Out of Body

Hi,Just came across this web site and have found it so helpful to me.I have been experiencing out of body spontaniously for quite a few years but have never fully understood it.But most importantly have never thought that the paralysis I have experienced,the buzzing in my head at the time,and the spirit contact was because I had been out of my body.I would just awaken and find myself paralised,unable to even blink or talk,like a buzzing in my head,a pressure in my head and would hear and feel another person(when nobody else was present)Also have had a problem in the past with a negative spirit(from the lower plains)but who, eventually with the help of another medium,we managed to send on.Also recently I was aware of coming back to my body,a spirit form in front of me telling me that I was coming back too soon and that I was on the edge of the Ethereal.I think this was maybe a guide but would welcome someone explaining to me what the "Ethereal" is.Thanks.
