Subject: Is it too late?

As a child I was terrified by these experiences, and worked very hard at preventing them. It took a while, but after a few years I was able to stop my spirit from leaving my body. After that I had terrible nightmares and hallucinations...I think I pissed my soul off. Twenty years later I'm starting to appreciate what those experiences were, and am very aware that I am almost completely disconnected from my spiritual self. Is it too late, or can I somehow pick up where I left off? Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
