Subject: healing

hi , i had spiritual healing done about 4 weeks ago i have never had it done before. the healing went brilliant i felt the warmth from her hands it was amazing. the thing is i hadd it done as i get very stressed out , basically alot of anxiety. well after i had it done i felt really wonderful full of energy like i have never known but it was wonderful and i felt very confident. then about a week after my anxiety returned with advengence. is this normal thing to happen to an anxious person. i still want to go for more but i am scared that it will make matters worse. does this kind of healing cause some kind of bad after effects.
