An anonymous Apek goes for a medical check up
An Apek went to see his doctor for a check up as he was now crossing the divide from 60 to 70. After exhaustive physical and lab tests, the Doctor said, “You are doing "fairly well" for your age.”
A little concerned about that comment, the Apek could not resist asking the Doctor, "Do you think I will live to be 80?"
The Doctor asked: Do you smoke tobacco or drink alcoholic beverages?"
"Oh no," replied the Apek. "I don't do drugs, either."
"Do you have many friends and entertain frequently?"
The Apek said, "No, I usually stay home and keep to myself".
"Do you eat rib-eye steaks and barbecued ribs?"
The Apek said, "No, my other doctor said that all red meat is unhealthy!"
"Do you spend a lot of time in the sun, like playing golf, sailing, hiking, or bicycling?"
"No, I don't," he said.
"Do you gamble like playing Mah Jong , drive fast cars, or
have a lot of sex?"
"No," he said. "I don't do any of those things."
The Doctor looked at the Apek with much sympathy in his eyes and said, "Then why would you want to live to 80?
So start living now ……..
So how about planning a trip to Thailand for the next get together, before we lose the ‘election’.
