That's a very good medical description of what priapism is. My simple explanation is that after getting it up (and holding it up), you don't get to enjoy the benefits. Maybe the good Doctor can tell us how he would treat this condition. I hear that a large syringe probed into the opening of the penis to suck out the excessive blood is used to deflate the organ (like a balloon....psssss). OUCH!!
