I don't really know whether these guys are serious or not. And I don't know what they have in mind. A club , mess or what. What sort of premises and budget??

My main concern now is to find a permanent place to settle in, like a retirement home or an old folks' home (if you want to call it). I don't wish to move anymore. My last move was one move to many. Quite a dilemma
