Hey Captain - talk about being excited?

I have an opportunity to experience an A320 passenger jet simulator (wish it was a jet stimulator, but...?) at Bankstown Airport.
It will cost A$119/hour (normally A$275).

Is 1 hour enough time to simulate 10 crashes and would it be worth the money? Sounds great fun getting all dressed up in Flight crew clothes but unfortunately no hosties on the flight simulator.
Will one enjoy the experience or is it a waste of time for us lowly earthlings?

Ray

Yes Ray, in one hour, you can simulate more than 10 crashes! It is all very subjective whether your AUD119/hour is worth it in the A320 simulator. Have a go at it. After all, live cockpit visits are no loger allowed after Sep 11.

On the topic of cockpit, my second interview 'Inside the Cockpit' with Star came out this morning (Page 7 Star 2) here http://thestar.com.my/lifestyle/story.asp?file=/2011/6/14/lifeliving/8758785&sec=lifeliving
