Hopefully someone can save all our pages with photos etc., which we may never be able to compile again after Geocities closes our page on 26 October 2009

I have Googled for the following info which might be useful.

How can I save my files and images from my page on Geocities?

With your pages and images saved offline, you can re-create your site with any hosting provider, including Yahoo! Web Hosting. Learn how to move to Yahoo! Web Hosting.

The simplest way to download your published pages and images is to visit your GeoCities web site:

1. Right-click on any page and choose Save Page As... from the menu that appears. (If you're using a Mac, hold down the Ctrl key and click the page.)
2. Choose a location on your computer to save your files.
3. Click OK or Save to save the code and images associated with your page to your computer.
4. Repeat these steps on each page of your site.

(Note that you can also manually download or copy your page code with File Manager, but this process is somewhat more cumbersome. Learn about copying files from File Manager.)

Yahoo! GeoCities Plus customers: When GeoCities closes, you won't experience any change to your site, and we'll show you how to move your files to Yahoo! Web Hosting automatically, at no extra cost. You do not need to download your files now — they will not be removed when GeoCities closes. See details.

AT&T Yahoo! GeoCities Plus customers: If you choose to upgrade to AT&T Yahoo! Web Hosting before October 26, 2009, we'll move your files to your new account automatically. If you choose not to upgrade, we strongly recommend that instead of following the steps above, you use FTP to quickly download all of your GeoCities files.

Please note that you must either upgrade or download your files before October 26.
The Internet Archive, a nonprofit founded to build an Internet library and archive the public Web, is working to archive as many GeoCities web sites as possible before GeoCities closes. See details or submit your site for indexing!

Hope someone can find the time to do the above, I really cannot look into this because I am snowed in with work that must be done according to time schedules for the next 2 weeks.
