Yes, El Toro alias THB has been off the scene for a while. I miss his contributions and jovial nature (normally). Ha-ha!
Mr. Lance Tan is Tan Kok Hin who is (or was anyway) residing in the North part of Sabah - not that far from the Orang Utang reserve.
SK Loh is a prolific sender of some of the best emails, but not for the faint hearted Apeks like Mun Chin. So I guess SK leaves Mun (like I do) out of his receivers' address book.

NBH - I did receive Tiger's greetings and guess what?
I have been offered to play the 10 (ten) best holes that he judged and brought to the photo shoot. Can't wait! Yum!!
