Hi LG,

It is in the Cycle of Life that we all would leave this World one day. I think we should be brave to talk about it and I like what you spoke about your departed friend.

Meanwhile, we should treasure everyday that we are alive and enjoy it to the fullest. As long as we are alive and kicking, we should be thankful for the moment.

I think Eskay or someone amongst us (memory not so good now!) did send us a good power point presentation or pdf on the meaning of life or something about happiness sometime back.
