Yes, I think I am a little fortunate as the airlines will do part of the marketing. I am not so sure about my publisher. They are chasing after my manuscript which requires a bit of fine tuning before I pass it to them.
The publisher will still do the final editing and hopefully the print will be out in August and the launch planned for mid September 2013.
