Re: Summer Bay Beach Party -- Suave, 16:25:16 11/22/02 Fri
If Christie Hayes wears a bikini, you know I will be there :) I don't think we have ever seen her go to the beach in a bikini before, which is ridiculous. Home And Away prides itself on being a realistic drama, but a town where people wear trousers on the beach in Summer is like no place on Earth.

I agree suave, the wardrobes rarely are correct or "in-sync" with the current scene.
"but where people wear trousers on the beach in Summer is like no place on Earth."
Try England Suave. HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA.

I'm pretty sure she does
There's a photo called "christiepartyC.H.P" in the magazine's folder at this club:
http://au.groups.yahoo.com/group/christiehayespictureclub/
It looks as though she is but there's writing so it's hard to tell. There's also the same picture at the front page but the owner's cut it so that makes it even harder to tell

Rob, that Yahoo Club you're talking about is Kat's webpage and the picture you're talking about is cut from the actual Summer Bay Beach Party in question!

Now listen here, A-W, we value our summers here in Pomland! As soon as the mercury hits 20 the kit starts coming off - 25 and you'll see more skin on an English beach than in a tannery. We're a hardy lot up here and not generally put off by a drop of rain of half a gale and as for trousers on the beach - oh please!
I find it hard to know what season I'm watching in 'Summer Bay' and it's only odd references to Christmas, Anzac Day, etc. that gives a clue, unlike the other lot down in Melbourne, where it seems to be winter 9 months of the year!
