Subject: Randy, some info

All, or at least most, of my family graduated from Tech. Randy, you seem to be the information person, can you tell me when they graduated? 2 uncles probably in the late 1930's, Norman and Harry Von burg. My mother, Rose A. Von burg probably in the early 1930's. If you can find that information I would appreciate it. My brother William Byerly, graduated in 1949 so that would be 5 of us. Can anyone beat that?

Warren, that's a lot of Tech grads! But maybe Sue Montgomery's family beats that - I seem to remember she had a lot of siblings graduating from Tech

Norman Von Burg Graduated in 1936. Have not found Harry or Rose...but will check closer tomorrow. (many folk graduated from Tech and for whatever the reason did not get their photo in a yearbook) Went Ice Fishing today and it has been a long day.
What about a Joseph M. Von Burg graduated in the January Class of 1929? He is a fellow kinsman???

Rose A. Byerly 2-8-1906 to 3-22-1997 (lived to be 91) Rose Von Burg January Class of 1924. Is the your Mother?

Harry F. Von Burg 1-15-1909 to 2-3-1994 (lived to be 85) Harry Von Burg June Class of 1926. Is this your Uncle?

The year of graduation line up with the year of birth for these two individuals. Assuming most people typically graduated around the age of 18...(give or take).

Please respond.

Thanks Randy, you found them all. Norman and Harry were my uncles and Rose A. was my mother. Joseph that graduated in 1929 was a 1st counsin of my mother's. So lets see, 1 cousin, 2 uncles, my mother and my brother, that is 6 of us counting me. And I must add, all proud Techites. My brother, William F. that graduated in 1949 illustrated the 1949 year book. Again, thanks.

I know of five siblings that graduated from Tech. They were in the Class of 1965,67,70,71,76. The Isbell Clan. I personally know these folk.
Now there is a family name of "Mahone". There are quite of few of these folk in the senior rosters of my yearbook collection, but do not know how they are related. I am nearly certain there are far more than 5.
Don't know if this adds any light on the subject or not. Warren I appreciate you putting your post on this site. I enjoyed helping you.
