Diamond Sky’s

Final Chapter: Fall of a Tonkemaster, Rise of a new beginning

The next day at school, was like any other normal day. Ahead of me I could see the guys who always beat me up everyday and I never new why. Now I’m a Tonkemaster, I new I could stand up for my self. I’m a passive person, but at this point, I could feel the passiveness inside me erode away like the desert. Suddenly I felt powerful, as the guys walked to wards me with their grins on their faces, I started feeling really happy inside, I started to smile, and lift my head. I walked towards these guys, with no hesitation. Then they all jumped me from every side. As they beat every part of my body I began to laugh, even though I was in a great deal of pain. And with that, I gathered up all my strength and shrugged all of them off me, I was using my karatonke skills on these guys, I was using all my moves. Then I heard a faint voice from the distance.
“Brett!!! Don’t abuse your skills, you know what will happen!”
It was Masenko, working in the gardens, as I continued to kick these guys ass, he kept on yelling.
“No Brett No! Your becoming the one person you hate most of all!”
Yeah right, I’m loving this, how can I be hating this?

Soon, all the guys were on the floor, a few of them were taken off by the ambulance. All the other school kids were staring at me in horror, I just laughed and walked off. As I began to walk away from school back home, Masenko came up to me and yelled at me so loud.
“What the hell have you done Brett? Look at this, look what you have become!” he said.
“Ha! What are you talking about old man? You think you can do any better? And who do you think you are wearing that gardeners outfit? It looks ridiculous, I mean, green overalls? What statement are you trying to make, go back to Japan where you’ll fit in.” I replied.

I shrugged him off and went home. My parents should have been home this time of day, but they weren’t. I guess that’s good, if they new I wasn’t at school, I would have had to cut some Karratonke on them.

A few days have passed, and my parents still aren’t home, and Masenko has moved. My life is coming together. That night I had the same dream, except instead of looking down on that gorgeous looking Brett Healey in the Silk purple shirt, I was inside him, it was great.

(1 year later)

I lay hear every night on the roof of my bedroom, as I look up at the night sky, I wonder what the stars really are. And I think to myself, there diamonds, thousands of them, and each diamond is shinning on one person…ME! Creating joy and happiness to ME! And only ME! And that my friends, is the story of how I became Diamond Brett Healey.

(5 years later)

I visited my parent’s grave for the first time today, though it’s been 6 years. I guess I didn’t really care. Now I think to myself, its true, “You don’t know what you’ve got until its gone”
