(The camera comes into focus on Kizer's jail cell. You can see through the small window that it is still dark outside. The room is rather small and most of the space is taken up by the bed that Kizer is now sleeping in. As the camera continues to roll, all of a sudden, the cell door slides open and in walks a prison officer. Kizer is waken by the sudden movement of the door and he sits up in his bed. Kizer has a puzzled look on his face as to why the prison officer is there and then the officer begins to explain why he is there.)

Officer: The money transfer has arrived.

Kizer: Huh, oh, yeah I am free to go now.

Officer: Yeah, you just have to fill out some paper work before you leave.

Kizer: Ok.

(The officer hands Kizer a few pieces of paper and Kizer begins to read.)

Officer: These are just saying that you agree that you are not going to leave the state before your court date and that if you do then you forfit your bail money.

Kizer: When is my court date?

Officer: It is next week. They will send you something or call you and let you know the exact time and date.

Kizer: Ok.

(Kizer turns to the last page of the stack of papers and then uses the wall as a writing surface and uses the black pen that the officer has provided and signs by the X on the piece of paper. Then Kizer hands the pieces of paper back to the prison officer and the officer leads Kizer out of the cell. Kizer and the officer make their way down the hallway and to the elivator. The officer presses the button and after a few seconds the elevator doors slide open. Kizer and the officer step inside and the officer presses the button for the ground floor. The elevator moves in a downward motion and then after a few seconds the elevator stops at and the door slides open. Kizer and the officer step out of the elevator and make thier way through several hallways until they come to a set of glass doors. Kizer is walking towards the doors when he realizes something. Kizer realizes, how is he going to get back to his hotel?)

Kizer: How am I supposed to get back to my car or to my hotel?

Officer: That is up to you to figure out.

Kizer: Thanks a lot! (With a sarcastic look on his face)

Officer: Well there is a phone that you can call a friend from.

Kizer: Who am I going to call? And I have no money for a cab.

Officer: Oh, well you aren't my problem any more, but there are some chairs and a couch that you can wait for whoever on out there in the lobby. But you have to be gone before morning.

Kizer: OK.

(Kizer makes his way out to the couch and is sits down. He is sitting there for a few minutes trying to think how he is going to get home. Soon he lays down on the couch so he can be more comfortable. After a few minutes of laying there the lack of sleep and the events of the day causes Kizer to fall asleep on the couch. As Kizer continues to lay there asleep on a couch in the loby of the Pittsburgh prison the camera fades out to black.)
