Colin Powell: Well Saddam's troops appear to be regrouping in Northwestern Iraq, so that seems like a good bet.

Bush: Nonsense, we've got all that well in hand! I think we should bomb... here!

Powell: Sir, that's Vermont.

Bush: No matter!

[Bush walks out of the briefing room whistling "Hail to the Chief"]
