Subject: Restoring Order(Everyone)

Ok, I think it's pretty obvious I've lost a bit of control here, and that's all a fault of my own. It's going to be fixed soon though. Tonight I'm going to post my thoughts/views on everything that's been going on, and on exactly why I've been a bit of an absentee president as of late. Right now, I don't have the time. I warn everyone now, I'm probably going to sound like I'm just going off on people, and in a way, I might be, but the overall message is aimed towards everyone, and I'm not going to be TRYING to piss people off.

For now, the card for this upcoming wednesday is being moved officially to thursday, and last weeks results will be posted on Wednesday sometime. That's all for now.

Ok, its like this prez,you have a life out side of this federation, and whether some people want to admit it or not, your REAL life is far more important then the life of President Stephens. I understand the fact that you cant get everything done when it is scheduled to be done. Some people get antsie and want the results or the next card when it is "supposed" to be posted. You deserve to vent or what ever. If someone who is a wrestler here doesnt like the fact that you are prioritizing you life, with life first, and the fed second, then screw them, let them go somewhere else where ther eis some loser bum who doesnt do anything but sit in front of the computer 24/7. I am not naming names, cause I dont know people here well enough to point out whos who, nor would I even if i did. Point being, take as much time as needed, and if need be, get a friend or someone to help you run the joint. Get a VP, and a commish. Take some of the load of of yourself. You will feel less pressured, and things may even start running smoothly again. Or, just clsoe the fed for a period of time until you get your life straightened out. I understand, thats why I was in retirement for a year or so, too much going on. What ever you chose to do, I stand behind that decision 100%.

After sitting and seeing everyone's comments and such over the past several days... and the late cards, I can only say one thing...
