Wow! Team of the Week! What an honor. All the years of hard work, sitting on the couch and watching these guys, evaluating their talents has paid off. It wasn't easy-sure there were some lean times, times when I should have been preparing for trials or tended to my lawn, but it was all worth it. Kids, this just shows that YOU CAN DREAM!!

I would be remiss if I did not thank a couple of people that got me here:

Priest Holmes, you touched me like so many priests have touched young men recently.

Gilly, it was your foresight, or lack thereof, that led you to bench nearly every one of your good players. Thank you.

Fletch, for his sometimes dramatic deviation from my 280 person draft notes.

ESPN.com, for providing me the tools prohibiting me from drafting players like Cade McKnown.

Teez, for his refusal to acknowledge the talent on this team and providing much needed bulletin board material.

I'm sure there are many others, but I am running out of time and starting to choke up.

DREAMS CAN COME TRUE! (Although, the nightmare begins with the impending asskicking this weekend. Oh well, at least I survived the Kockpunch.)
