Thanks so much for your message. It is probably obvious that I have never written a poem before, but this one just poured out of me one night. I believe God wrote it through my hands.

I am actually at peace (notice it says the kids can't find peace, but it doesn't say that about me). I have been pouring through the BIBLE IN A YEAR, and have forgiven him for all the torment that he caused us, and all the horrid feelings just went away. I cry now and then about what could have been, but not for very long.

We appreciate your prayers. I pray every night for his release from this wicked drug, and I pray for the boys...I pray for God to guide me the way I'm supposed to go.

Yes...to some that might sound corny, but it has and will continue to help me have peace so that I can raise these boys the way they should be raised instead of being such an emotional mess that I can't even take care of them.

The devil may have my husband, but I crawled away from him (I WAS a pothead), and he won't get my boys if I have anything to say about it.

For those of you that haven't figured it out yet, the power of prayer and belief in our Lord is what will set you free. I firmly believe that drugs, especially meth, is the way the devil takes control of the earth as written in the bible. I for one am not going without a fight!
