LS - I changed my phone number also, two weeks ago. It has helped. Otherwise he would be calling. He called my work the other day and stopped by my house. But I made it clear that I was one step away from a restraining order and that I think will do for now.

I'm glad I've helped you along the way. This turmoil is way too much for one person to handle on their own. I haven't stayed sane this whole time, I actually felt as if I were crazy. I was actually on Paxil before for depression and anxiety and now that he is not around or calling I am just fine, no Paxil needed. Ha - it was him all along. He needs the Paxil. I told him one time that if he wanted to come back to us that he would have to agree to some intense measures. It was - handcuff him to the bed for a year, feeding tube and sanitary tubes until he gets that shit out of his body and mind. I guess he didn't want my type of therapy huh? lol
