You don't have to move...I've said it before, and I'll say it again...Get a restraining order based on the fact that he is a meth addict and emotionally toys with you and your boy's emotions. That is very harmful to you and your boys. He won't be able to go within so many feet of the house...he won't be able to call you at home, work, or your cell PLUS he won't be able to have anyone else initiate any type of contact either.
