Lucy - I am so sorry that she is causing you all this pain. It is not your fault, she makes her own choices. Choices that feel like knives cutting through your heart. It is going to take alot for you to look away, but you need to. Susan is right, tough love. It is up to her to get help and quit using. Who knows when that might be. Just pray to God that he teaches her what she needs to know to get out of it and for you to learn all you need to know about addiction and enabling and how to deal with all of it. Sounds like she has been using far longer than 6 months though. If not, hopefully her rock bottom is quick.
Your family is in my prayers. Take care of that baby, she needs you more than ever. Keep her far away from her mom and that drama. It will only cause her damage.
