hi everyone; an update.
I have found out that the visits w/ AH and the kids are no longer supervised. In June of 2005 at our last hearing, it was changed to "visits now unsupervised at the mutal agreement of both parties". We were attempting to reconcile.
I honestly did not remember this. When he moved back in, went back to the drugs, and I kicked him out again, I called my atty's office and asked for my orders. They faxed them to me, and they faxed me the original orders, in which visits were supervised.
The unsupervised part came up about 3 weeks ago in a convo w/my MIL , when she said that he told her he could have unsupervised. So with that I called my atty, they had to go pull the minutes because they didn't have it in my file. I got the call Friday afternoon that indeed it was unsupervised.
I am just sick over it all. Had I known, when I kicked him out this April and he went into rehab, I would've requested an emergency hearing to change back to supervised.
I'm pissed at my attorney, because isn't htat her job? She's a good atty and well known, but this is a definite faux paux, no?
So I talked w/him on the phone friday night, told him I got a call from my atty and blah blah blah. He then said that he knew all along he had unsupervised, to which I said, well you never asked for it.
So saturday he took the kids, in my car, as his car that can accomodate 2 car seats is broke down. Ev erything appeared to go fine, but I was worried for 5 1/2 hours.
Then he asked me if he could take our son (3.5) to an NA campout happening in the next couple of weekends. I said no, and he got pissed saying 'how is this mutually agreeable'?
Ok, you haven't had him overnight alone ever, and you want me to let you take him to an NA campout?
None of our other orders have changed; i.e. custody status, house possesion status. Yesterday he tried to tell me those were all no longer ; I told him he best c all his atty. I had mine fax me those minutes this a.m., and it says that all other orders are the same...
Our court date is mid september.
I dont' believe I have to allow overnights so soon. He is presumably 4 months clean now. I don't doubt that he is, but at the same time in my mind , "big f'ing deal, went 6 months last time".
Saturday before he left w/the kids he went on an on about giving him that one more chance, that he's 'done w/the shyt'. All I told him is that I heard that last time. THen he wanted to go buy a new vehicle, and give me the new vehicle and he take mine, and he'll make the car payments on the new vehicle, and got pissed when I said No, that I can't depend on the payments being made, I can't lose my transportation , etc..
ugh, I just want to cry.
