I am glad you have a meeting w/your atty tonight! To me if an atty says he isn't invited, that means ex parte. I hope that is the case! Good luck & pls update.

I have a conference hearing in 2 weeks; mine is just for the judge and atty/attys to see where things are since theye haven't seen us in about a year. Then I presume they set a date for all parties as a result of that conference hearing. I am told I don't have to be there but I will be. Also, I presume AH doesn't know of it, he hasn't said anything, so that is not my problem.
