Get back up and try again. You have a life to live for YOU. Once you see that, you will feel better. I know that you love your son very much, but you need to love yourself as well. Take it one day at a time or one hour at a time. Do things you never would have done before. This is what I did. I wrote a list of all the things I could and wanted to do for myself that would make me feel better about me and make me feel happier. I did most of those things and now I need to make a new list. And I feel great, I feel beautiful and mostly I feel happy. Yes I have my down days, but who doesn't?
